In addition to supporting our sales team and customers, the marketing department endlessly attempts to develop and embrace new trends within the disposable glove industry.

BILLY HARRIS 

PRESIDENT AND CEO

Billy has been with Sempermed since 1994 and was appointed President and CEO in June 1999. Over the years, Billy has successfully lead Sempermed by taking advantage of every possible opportunity without compromising the values the business was founded upon. When Billy steps out of his office, he can be found playing a round of golf or spending quality time with his family.

DOUG ANDERSON

DIRECTOR, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH BUSINESS UNIT

With over 15 years of sales experience, Doug prides himself on being able to provide extraordinary results to those who need it most. Doug’s never say die attitude allows him to go head to head with some of the toughest competition around. Seeing as Doug is an athlete at heart, he now spends his free time coaching his children.

JOHN CALHOUN

MANAGER OF REGULATORY AFFAIRS

John encourages all Sempermed team members to cultivate a passion for precision and desire for knowledge. John helps to ensure that all Sempermed products are consistently high in quality so that every glove exceeds customer expectations. In his free time, John studies entomology and has published over 40 scientific papers and two books on the subject.

MARC MONTALTO

DIRECTOR, ACUTE CARE BUSINESS UNIT

Marc brought his passion for medical supplies to the Sempermed family during 2004. Since his arrival, Marc has made it a point to share his knowledge and mentor anyone new to the medical device industry. If you plan to visit Florida don’t be surprised if you spot Marc’s familiar face at the beach, a sporting event, the local golf course, or few of the “best” dinning establishments Tampa Bay has to offer.

PAUL EDUCATE

CORPORATE ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Paul joined the Sempermed team in 2002 and now leads our national accounts department. Paul’s direction and thorough implementation in the hospital / IDN and Group Purchasing marketplace has allowed him to become a highly respected resource within the medial industry. Born and raised in the “Windy City,” Paul knows a thing or two about braving the elements. Paul’s known to go sailing in the tropics and play hockey with his sons on the frozen pond.

RICK MONSIPAPA

REGIONAL MANAGER, OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH BUSINESS UNIT

Rick began cultivating his passion to lead at the age of 9. He started a snow removal business with his older brother and has been bound for success ever since. Professionally, Rick will always take the initiative for the betterment of the group. And personally, he has driven himself to great accomplishments, including a successful climb of Mount Whitney. Whether Rick is applying the knowledge he has gained through his many specializations or planning a five star vacation he is destined to uncover the best.

CENTRAL REGIONAL MANAGER, ACUTE CARE BUSINESS UNIT

Since joining the Sempermed team in 2011 with over 15 years of proven sales experience, Wes has become a strong leader in the central region of our Acute Care business segment. Wes has a incomparable passion for success and is determined to find a solution for all those in need of quality hand protection. To stay fresh and focused Wes often spends time with his family in the great outdoors.
